Yes. Kitchen and bathroom projects are managed through our renovation and design service, from initial concept and layout through to supply and installation where required.

Yes. For design-only projects, completed plans and drawings can be released subject to an agreed release fee. For kitchen or bathroom projects, this is typically from £100, with larger or more complex schemes priced accordingly. 

Yes. Valuations are provided as part of our sales process and are typically discussed following an Initial Property Consultation, ensuring advice is tailored and contextual.
